This is what happens if you don't take care of your guitar!
Ever pick up a brand new guitar and go "yuck"?
Well, in guitar advertising there is a lot of talk about perfection and flawless workmanship . What exactly makes a great guitar? It certainly is not flawless paint, a fancy top or machine-made precision and accuracy. While novice players look for these attributes, the mature players tend to play older instruments that have become imperfect aver many years of playing. These "imperfect" and sometimes beat-up instrument just feel better for some strange reason. They know that new machine-made guitars are just too perfect and just do not feel natural the the imperfect human body and mind. Sort of like a new pair of shoes, something that is too perfect and too shiny just feels too foreign to our sensibilities.
Needless to say this guitar feels great, sounds great, is very light in weight and best of all it has tremendous vibe.
Your average "fred" would be freaked out seeing this at his favorite music superstore. He might think its something the cat dragged in.
